My bank isn’t listed under Open Banking, what do I do?

If your bank is not listed during the application process, don't worry, your application will still go for manual review by our team. If your application goes for manual review we may ask for additional documentation to support your application. Please email [email protected] with your photo ID, a selfie with you holding the ID and your latest bank statement (covering at least 30 days in PDF format).
