How do I change my payment details?
To change your payment details you will need to update the bank card details that we hold for you. You can do this on your humm portal.
Once you have logged in click on your agreement number (starts LAI-) and on the next screen you will see the option to Update Card Details.
Your customer portal also gives you the option to make a one-off payment and to request a statement
