How do I add a new contact to my account?
You can add multiple contacts to your account. If you wish to add or update a contact on your account please contact us through the 'Ask Us' link on the help centre page. Our team will pick this up and issue login details directly to that user.
Please include the following information in the request.
- Company Name
- First and last names of the people you would like to add
- Email addresses of the people you would like to add
- The title of the contact e.g. Customer Service Manager
- he level of access the account requires. If required, we can restrict access to a single store account or provide head office access if you have multiple stores to manage
