Consequences of missing payments. | If you do not meet the repayments on your Agreement, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access credit in the future, make obtaining credit more difficult or expensive in the future and have severe consequences which include (a) registering of a default against you at credit reference agencies and (b) possible legal proceedings which may include a charging order against your home. If you miss a payment this may mean that it will take longer for you to complete your repayments. |
4. Other Important Legal Aspects | |
Right of withdrawal.
| You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days of the later of the day after the Agreement Date and the day after the date on which you receive a copy of the Agreement. This does not mean that you can have the product purchased refunded. |

Consultation with a Credit Reference Agency.
