Please try to resolve any problems with the retailer first. If you do not receive a response from the retailer, or are unable to solve the problem with the retailer, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate the matter on your behalf.
This means that we will look at the information provided by you and reach out to the retailer for a response. If we do not receive a response from the retailer, or you are not satisfied with their response, you may need to take further action against the retailer.
