What if I need to change my payment date permanently?
You can make a change to your monthly payment date through your customer portal.
Once logged in, click on the agreement ID (LAI reference) and then on Change Repayment Date, and follow the steps shown on screen.
There are a few conditions when requesting a payment date change to bear in mind:
Agreements with a monthly payment frequency
- • The change will be made to the next and all future payment dates;
- • The new date requested will need to be within the same calendar month as the current payment date;
- • If it is the first payment on a new loan, then the new date will need to be within 30 days of the date of the purchase;
Agreements with a fortnightly payment frequency
- • The change will be made to the next and all future payment dates;
- • If it is the first payment on a new loan, then the new date will need to be within 14 days of the date of the purchase;
- • Only one payment date change is allowed during the term of the loan agreement.
