As your contract for the supply of goods or services from the retailer is separate from your loan agreement with humm, there is no obligation for humm to cancel it where you have a dispute with the retailer and you must continue to meet your repayments to us in these circumstances.
It’s important that you continue to make your repayments to us on time as late payments are reported to the Central Credit Register. Missing payments may impact your credit file and make it more difficult for you to access credit in the future.
