How do I resume my application?

Once you submit your application, you may be prompted for documentation or to complete identity verification.

If you do not have your documentation to hand, you can resume your application for up to 14 days from when you started your application.

To resume your application, enter your mobile number at apply.humm.ie

You will be asked to enter your Date of birth and for a 6 digit code which will be sent to your mobile or email.

Once you complete this process you will be brought back to the same point in the journey where you previously left off.

If we have sent you an email requesting documents; please reply to the email directly with the documents attached instead of resuming.
