Why is my last payment not appearing in my account?

It may take up to 24 hours for a card payment to reflect in your outstanding balance in your account on the website or the app.

Automatic withdrawals from your bank account may show as “pending” while your bank confirms the payment. If the payment does not appear after 24 hours please get in contact with our team by completing this form and we will be in contact.
