What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is unsuccessful on the due date we will send you an SMS and an email to let you know. We will automatically retry the repayment method the next day. We will send you reminders by email and SMS, and will make two further attempts to process the payment from your bank or credit card. (Please note your financial institution may have charges if you try to make a payment with insufficient funds available.)
