How does humm handle returns and exchanges?

humm is unable to complete refunds on behalf of businesses. All requested refunds and exchanges are subject to the business’s return policy.

When a full refund is issued, we cancel all unpaid installments on the order, and refund any payments the customer has made, including fees. Processed refunds will show in the humm Payment Portal and the funds will be back in the customer’s humm Wallet after 24 hours and any completed payments will appear on the customer’s original payment method within the standard 5 – 10 business days.
If store credit is issued, no changes are made to the customer’s payment plan. The customer will continue to pay their installments.
To set up an exchange, this can work easily as a return and new purchase.
