I am behind on my payments and want to do a manual repayment to get caught up, how do I do that?

Please log into your profile to review your account and make a payment today to prevent further delinquency. Here’s how you make a manual payment:

– Click on Wallet to view your active contract.
– On the Active Contracts screen click on “Go to contract”.
– On that screen, you will see your active contract details and payments.
– On the payments screen, you will have the option to select Pay Multiple or Pay any amount.
– Select ‘Pay any Amount’ and enter the required amount
– Select “Confirm” to complete the payment.

If your payment card has changed recently due to expiry or replacement you will need to update the card details through your account and then make the manual payment.
