How do I make a purchase using humm?

When making a purchase with humm, both online and in-store or in a clinic, you will need to make the first payment at the time of purchase and the card or account you use to make this payment will automatically be used for the remaining payments.

During the application process, you may be asked to log into your financial institution. This connection helps us determine the outcome of your application.

In-store Purchases

When making a purchase in-store or in a clinic, let staff know you'd like to pay using humm. They will ask for your mobile number and humm will send you a purchase link via text message. Follow this link to complete your purchase using humm. 

To make the checkout process quicker, we recommend downloading the humm app and pre-applying before you visit the store or clinic. 

Online Purchases

When making a purchase online, simply select humm as your payment method during the checkout process. You will need to log into your humm account to complete the purchase. Once completed, you will be returned to the merchant's website.
