They will either complete the application on your behalf by asking you a series of questions or they will send you an SMS to complete the application and purchase on your mobile phone. You may be required to log into your online banking account so that we can understand your income and spending habits—we want to make sure you can comfortably meet the repayment terms of your requested loan amount.

Online:
When making a purchase online, simply select humm as your payment method during the checkout process. You will need to either set up or log into your humm account to complete the purchase. You may be required to log into your online banking account so that we can understand your income and spending habits—we want to make sure you can comfortably meet the repayment terms of your requested loan amount. Once completed, you will be returned to the merchant’s website.
Pre-Approval:
If you’d like to apply for humm before visiting a location or clinic, go to the humm website and click login/sign-up, create your account, complete the application and receive your decision. You may be required to log into your online banking account so that we can understand your income and spending habits—we want to make sure you can comfortably meet the repayment terms of your requested loan amount.
Let staff know you’ve completed your humm application and you’re ready to pay using humm!
