What is humm for business?

Humm Canada is a third-party financing program, partnering with businesses to offer flexible payment plans up to $30,000 with a low-fixed interest rate to their customers. Our financing program is simple and can be offered alongside traditional payment methods such as credit cards, debit or cash. We help our partners attract new clientele, improve cashflow and close bigger, high-value purchases. How do I find my account balance?

To see your account balance, or how much you owe on all of your purchases made with humm, log into your humm account on web or the app and you’ll see the outstanding balance and credit you have available on your dashboard.
What are Little Things and Big Things?

You may occasionally see references to ‘Big Things’ and ‘Little Things’. Your Little Things Wallet is used for everyday, smaller purchases. Your Big Things Wallet is for life event, or larger purchases.

What is the interest rate on my loan?

When applying for a humm loan and completing a purchase with one of our business partners, your interest rate will be clearly displayed on each available payment plan. For existing humm loans, you can find your interest rate, any monthly fees and the total amount of your loan in your loan disclosure agreement. Please check your email inbox connected to your humm account to find your loan disclosure agreement.
Could my credit rating be affected if I use humm?

Like with any form of credit, failing to meet your repayment obligations as set out in the humm’s Terms & Conditions could affect your credit rating and affect your ability to be approved for future loans where the application involves a credit check.
How and when are payments processed?

Payments are processed according to the agreed repayment schedule. Payments are processed regardless of the day of the week or if it is a public holiday. If your payment date is set for bi-weekly on a Sunday, the payment will always be processed bi-weekly on a Sunday. It is important to make sure funds are available for the payment.
