When are direct debits processed?

Direct Debits are processed at around 11.30am AEST on the due date. If the due date falls on a weekend or national public holiday the debit may be processed on the next available business day. Once we've processed the direct debit, your payment will appear as ‘payment pending’ in your humm app until we receive a response from your financial institution.
