How do I return a humm purchase in-store?

You will need to take the item to the store along with your receipt, the sales staff will process the refund back to your humm account, dependent on the store’s return policy.

The refund can take up to 10 days to take effect in your humm account. At which time any credit due to you will be refunded back to your allocated payment method.
