little things purchases ARE ENDING //
There are some upcoming changes to how humm works.
From 8 February, we will be transitioning to a product designed purely for life’s bigger purchase moments. This is part of a renewed focus on our core products and services at humm
What does this mean for you?
From 8 February 2024, you will no longer be able to make Little things purchases with humm.
Additionally: You will no longer see a Little things wallet in the App.
humm//CARD, previously used for Little things purchases, will no longer be available.
You can continue to use humm for bigger ticket items of up to $30K, by applying for a pre-approved limit in the humm app, or asking in-store at humm Big things retailers.
How does this affect my existing purchases?
Where can I shop with humm?
There are still many places to shop Big with humm. Shop home improvement, solar, jewellery, appliances and more. Buy now and pay later with easy interest-free instalments.

What changes have just occurred?
hummgroup has made the decision to focus on our core products and services, including bigger ticket transactions. As a result, customers will no longer be able to make new Little things purchases from 8 February 2024.
Please be aware that up until 7 February 2024, customers can continue to make Little things purchases at selected retailers.

How does this affect my existing purchases?
There are no changes to your existing purchases. Payments will continue to be processed on all future payments due. You will continue to see all your current instalments, and be able to make additional payments and change payment dates as per usual.

Will I still see my Little things purchases in the mobile app or customer portal?
Yes, you will still be able to view your purchases and will still have the ability to manage your payments.

Will I still see my Little things wallet in the mobile app or customer portal?
As you will no longer be able to make new Little things purchases from 8 February 2024, the Little things wallet will no longer be visible on the mobile app or customer portal from 8 February 2024.

What happens to humm//CARD?
humm//CARD in your digital wallet will no longer be available to make new purchases from 8 February 2024.

How do I remove humm card from Google or Apple Wallet?
For Google Wallet:
1) Open the Wallet app.
2) Find the payment method that you want to remove. If it isn’t the first card, swipe left until you find it.
3) Select the card.
4) At the top right, select ‘More’. Remove payment method.For Apple Wallet:
1) Open the Wallet app, select the card that you want to remove.
2) Select the ‘More’ button.
3) Then select ‘Card Details’.
4) Scroll down and select ‘Remove This Card’. -
When do these changes go into effect?
Customers will no longer be able to make new Little things purchases from 8 February 2024.

Can I still use humm to make purchases?
Yes. Up until 7 February 2024, you can continue to make Little things purchases at selected retailers.
